Rana Mayya

Professor and Head of the Construction Management Department at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Latakia in Syria and the Syrian Virtual University. She serves as Director of Quality and Academic Accreditation at Al-Sham Private University and Head of the Auditing Department at the Quality Assurance Center at the University of Latakia. She has obtained numerous professional certifications in quality management systems from SGS UK, as well as an International Project Management Practitioner certification from AIPMO in Switzerland. She has contributed as a senior management consultant for many local and international organizations.  She has published 50 research papers in prestigious international journals and conferences in the fields of quality management, sustainability, and institutional innovation. Her professional journey was featured in the book “Rising to the Top: Women Engineering Leaders’ Success Stories” by the International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES).
