Yousef Meslmani

Dr. Yousef Meslmani holds a PhD from the University of Vienna and is an international leader in climate change, air quality, environmental compliance, and sustainable institutional transformation. With over 30 years of experience, he has advised governments, international organizations, and regional bodies. He has led initiatives with UNEP, UNDP/GEF, and the Syrian Atomic Energy Commission, and was a key partner in strengthening Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC). Dr. Meslmani is the Founder and CEO of ECO Consulting & Engineering in Vienna (since 2013) and serves as President of the Union of Arab Technicians and Engineers in Austria (VATI).
