Abdul Hafiz Abdulhafiz
Dr. Abdul Hafiz Abdulhafiz is an Associate Professor at King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. He received his PhD in Computer Engineering from Osmania University in 2008, in collaboration with the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H), and his M-Tech in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Hyderabad in 2003.
He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) in the United Kingdom and currently serves as Chair of the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Committee in the Department of Computer Science at King Faisal University.
Dr. Abdulhafiz has published over 60 research papers in leading conferences and journals such as ICRA and IROS. His current research interests include robot vision, machine learning, autonomous driving, and assistive technologies. He has extensive experience in interdisciplinary innovation and academic leadership, making him an active contributor to the development of intelligent systems and their real-world applications.
