Mayssoon Dashash
Prof. Mayssoon Dashash is Director of School Health in Syria and founder/director of the Medical Education Program at Syrian Virtual University. She holds degrees from the University of Manchester and Dundee and received the TWAS Arab Regional Award 2023.
Since 2006, she has taught Paediatric Dentistry at Damascus University. She led the Centre for Measurement and Evaluation in Higher Education and Quality Assurance at Syria’s Ministry of Higher Education. With over 90 international publications, she supervises 60+ MSc and PhD students and serves on multiple editorial boards.
