SafierrTech National Competition for Technological Projects / Exhibition

Since the localization of technology is one of the main goals of SafierrTech, the conference will be accompanied by the “SafierrTech National Competition for Technological Projects”, which aims to support graduation projects that provide innovative technological solutions to the current challenges in Syria, particularly in the fields of skills development and education.

The competition will be held in two phases:

First phase (online):

Graduation projects will be submitted through a dedicated digital platform, allowing the largest possible number of students from different Syrian universities to participate.

Second phase (on-site):

An expert jury will use a clear and transparent evaluation system to select a group of outstanding projects from the first phase. These projects will be invited to take part in the exhibition held alongside the conference, where they will be presented to a distinguished audience of academics, experts, and decision-makers. At the end of the conference, the top winning projects will be honoured, considering the voting results of conference participants from academic and technical backgrounds. The prizes include financial support to help turn the project into a functional prototype, as well as initiatives for training opportunities in various technology companies.

The competition will also offer outstanding students the opportunity to network with academic participants from different local and international universities, as well as with leading technology figures in Syria.
