SAFIERR-TECH هي قمة وطنية متعددة الأطراف ومنصة تنفيذ استراتيجية تهدف إلى تسريع التحول الرقمي في منظومة التعليم العالي في سوريا. تجمع المبادرة بين الجامعات، والمؤسسات الحكومية، والمنظمات التقنية، والخبراء الدوليين، وشركاء التنمية من أجل بناء خارطة طريق موحدة وقابلة للتنفيذ لتحديث قطاع التعليم العالي.

لضمان تحقيق نتائج فورية وأثر مستدام على المدى الطويل، تم تصميم SAFIERR-TECH حول خمس نتائج استراتيجية تهدف إلى تسريع التحول الرقمي في منظومة التعليم العالي السورية.
سبعة محاور موضوعية وفرعية
وضع المتطلبات التقنية الأساسية، وأطر التعليم المدمج، والإرشادات السياساتية عبر سبعة مسارات متخصصة للتحول الرقمي.
ورش عمل تطبيقية متوازية
تنفيذ برامج مكثفة لبناء القدرات للكوادر الأكاديمية والإدارية في إدارة أنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني، وأنظمة الإدارة التعليمية، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي العملية.
محفظة مشاريع التحول الرقمي
إطلاق آلية ذات مسارين لتحديد المبادرات الرقمية القائمة، ودعمها، وتوسيع نطاقها، بالتوازي مع تقديم مشاريع بنية تحتية استراتيجية جديدة.
المسابقة والمعرض الوطني
ربط القطاع الأكاديمي بالقطاع الخاص من خلال مسابقة تقنية على مرحلتين وعرض حي للابتكارات الخاصة بالمشاريع التقنية التي يقودها الطلاب.
مسارات توطين التكنولوجيا
تنفيذ برامج تدريب ونشر مستمرة بعد القمة داخل المؤسسات العامة والوزارات بشكل مباشر، بما يضمن تحقيق أثر مستدام.
